USE AS ICE SHEETS IN SIMPLE STEPS
Hydrate Submerge sheet in water. Speed up hydration by massaging PROFREEZE cubes. Freeze Toss in freezer about 4-5 hours. Use Use or cut to shape you want. Cut along the margins in between cubes. Be careful not to puncture the PROFREEZE. ReUse Wash with soap and water, toss back in freezer ready for your next use.
