The Good Meat Pork Tapa
The Good Meat Pork Tapa is back for good! Released as a limited product some time last year, our Pork Tapa easily became a favorite among The Good Meat patrons.
Stove Top Heating:
1. Thaw in chiller overnight (8-12 hours).
2. Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan.
3. Pan fry the product for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally to make sure that each side is cooked well.
Ingredients include: Pilmico Farms Pork, Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce, Iodized Salt, Fresh Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Spices
