How to Use:
Hot Application (for all flavored variants):
1) Heat Mirror Glass to 40–50°C (104–122°F) in a microwave or bain-marie.
2) Stir gently to avoid air bubbles.
3) Place a frozen cake on a rack (remove excess frost).
4) Pour glaze evenly over the top until fully covered.
5) Let it drip, then smooth edges with a spatula.
6) Stabilize in the freezer or blast chiller for a few hours before serving.
Cold Application (for Neutral Mirror Glass):
1) Beat vigorously with a whisk or spatula until smooth.
2) Use as-is or add food color to customize.
3) Apply directly to fruit tarts or chilled desserts for a protective glossy coat.
