Direction of use: drain and rinse the snail meat with fresh water. Place the meat in the shells, garnish with a butter sauce made according to the recipe below. Put in the oven and serve as soon as the butter starts to sizzle. Recipe for a dozen of snail meat: Mix 70g of butter, 6g of parsley, 8g of garlic, and 6g of shallot finely chopped, salt and pepper.
