Premium Sashimi-Grade Hamachi, also called Yellowtail Amberjack, is a popular fish in Japan. It is fatty with a semi-soft texture and a mild, slightly sour taste that pairs well with dry sake and beer.
Product of Japan. Vacuum packed and frozen to ensure freshness. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Store in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. Cook prior to consumption.
KEEP FROZEN until ready to cook. Store unopened and chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Use immediately after defrosting. Cook before consumption.
