Terms & Conditions
- Only completed Food orders placed from August 13 to 31, 2026 will count toward the 4-order requirement.
- Cancelled, failed, or fully refunded orders will not be counted.
- Orders made using promos, vouchers, or discounts are eligible and will count toward the requirement.
- A customer becomes eligible after completing 4 qualifying Food orders during the promo period.
- Each customer may qualify only once during the campaign and may receive a maximum of one (1) Roo crochet collectible, regardless of the number of additional orders completed.
- Roo crochet collectible designs will be randomly assigned. Customers cannot choose or exchange their collectible for another design.
- Eligible customers will receive their Roo crochet collectible within September 2026.
- Roo crochet collectibles are available while supplies last. In the event of limited inventory, eligible customers will be prioritized based on completion of the qualifying order requirement.
- Customers must have valid and updated contact and delivery information on their Pick.A.Roo account to facilitate delivery of the collectible.
